Contract Status Definitions & Current Actions

Live and Operational

• Definition: The publisher's catalog is currently accessible and active in the Kanto platform. Songs can be performed and royalties are being tracked.
• Impact on Operations: No interruption to service. Users can stream karaoke content without interruption. No publisher has issued a notice of non-renewal or termination.

Renewal in Progress

• Definition: Original contract term has expired, but we are operating under mutual verbal agreement while formal renewal documentation is being finalized.
• Current Action Required:
  • Execute new license agreements with updated terms
  • Process required advance payments
  • Obtain signed amendments/renewals
• Impact on Operations: None currently. All publishers have verbally agreed to continue operations under existing terms while renewal paperwork is completed.

Pending Advance Payment for Renewal (Universal Music Publishing)

• Definition: Renewal terms have been agreed upon, pending payment of advance to execute new agreement.
